The Jonas Brothers are an American pop boy band. The band gained its popularity from the Disney Channel children's television network. From Wyckoff, New Jersey, the band consists of three brothers: Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas. In the summer of 2008, they starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Camp Rock. The band has released four albums: 'It's About Time', 'Jonas Brothers', 'A Little Bit Longer', and 'Lines, Vines and Trying Times'. In 2008, the group was nominated for the Best New Artist award at the 51st Grammy Awards and won the award for Breakthrough Artist at the American Music Awards. To date, they have sold over eight million albums worldwide.





'Lines, Vines And Trying Times' is the fourth studio album by the Jonas Brothers and their third album released under Hollywood Records. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Nick Jonas explained the title, 'Lines, Vines and Trying Times' as "a bit of poetry we came up with on the set for the TV show". On the meaning he stated, "Lines are something that someone feeds you, whether it's good or bad. Vines are the things that get in the way of the path that you're on, and trying times, well, obviously we're younger guys, but we're aware of what's going on in the world and we're trying to bring some light to it". Two singles/videos have so far been released from the album, 'Paranoid' and 'Fly with me'. In its first week the album, 'Lines, Vines And Trying Times' sold 247,000 copies, debuting at No.1 on the Billboard 200.
