Torrent description

Here is a personal selection fron the Proms so far.

Of particular interest are the two BBC Philharmonic Orchestra concerts, The first was dedicated to Sir Edward and Lady Downes and includes a lovely little known symphony by E J Moeran. The second is conducted by Sir Charles Mackerras who performs The Planets. These are presented in full.

I consider the quality very high. As the programmes are broadcast at 192 in MP2 there is no benefit at all in encoding them as lossless- it simply increases the size of the file.
