Trama:


Ecco finalmente il tanto atteso sequel di "Madagascar", la commedia per famiglie più vista del 2005, Marty (Chris Rock), Melman (David Schwimmer), Gloria (Jada Pinkett Smith), Re Julien (Sacha Baron Cohen), Maurice (Cedric The Entertainer), i pinguini (Tom McGrath, Christopher Knights, Chris Miller) e lo scimpanzè (Conrad Vernon) sono ancora alla deriva nelle remote spiaggie del Madagascar. Per risolvere l'annoso problema, i quattro newyorkesi architettano un piano talmente folle da rischiare di potere funzionare. Con precisione militare, i pinguini riparano, o almeno tentano di riparare, un vecchio aereo fracassato. Una volta decollato, l'aereo su cui viaggia lo stravagante equipaggio della "Air Penguin" resta in volo giusto il tempo necessario per raggiungere uno dei luoghi più selvaggi della Terra: le vaste pianure africane. Qui, i membri dell'improbabile ciurma, tutti cresciuti nello zoo di New York, s'imbattono per la prima volta in alcuni esemplari della loro specie.
