This week, he explores the downside of fame with the former first lady of football, Nancy Dell'Olio.

Over the years, Sven's delightfully dotty ex has endured a rocky relationship with the British press.

Disapproving of her over-the-top self confidence, the tabloids have branded her everything from gold digger and prima donna to shameless self publicist. But Nancy, for the most part, has managed to rise above it all.

Piers attempts to uncover the truth behind the layers of fake tan, probing Nancy about her near-fatal car crash at the age of 21, how she and Sven first met, and how Sven's scandalous dalliances with other women have thrust her into the media spotlight.
