This is the Costa Rica map for garmin GPS. It is installed into the mapsource program, from there, you can upload it to the GPS. I have tried this on a handheld 60CSx, on the Garmin XT prog, and the Garmin PC prog, all work.
This is very detailed with routing and waypoints.
