This is a batch script which will convert video files into ipod touch or iphone format for viewing.
The .zip file will extract to a directory and the start.cmd file is the batch script which will execute ffmpeg to convert the videos of your choosing.
I played with a lot of different converters and this one appears to work the best and give the best compression to visual niceness comparison. Yes it takes a while to compress but the trade offs are a nice compression file to fit on the itouch or iphone with the best visuals.
