Victor Pe?aranda en Eusebio Ben?tez zijn beide ex-politieagent en zij werken nu voor criminelen in de onderwereld van Cali. Ze krijgen een missie toegewezen, waar ze maar weinig informatie over krijgen. In een hotelkamer ontmoeten ze elkaar voor de eerste keer en moeten daar instructies afwachten.
