Wii System 4.0 Hack
(With SD Card Menu icon at left bottom of screen of your Wii)
Step I. Install Homebrew Channel
[ http://bannerbomb.qoid.us/ ] [http://bootmii.org/download ]
Extract the 2 files of HomeBrew Channel Installer (boot.elf and private folder) to root of SD Card.
1. Put contents in the root of a empty SD card.
2. Do not insert the SD card into the Wii yet.
3. Boot your Wii > Go to (Wii) Options > Data Management > Channels > SD
4. Insert the SD Card
5. Load boot.elf
6. Install Homebrew Channel, BootMii, DVDX (optional, I had error installing DVDX)
Step II. Downgrade Wii and install cIOS36
Extract contents of Wii Hack for USB HD Loader (apps, usb-loader, wad folders and IOS36-64-v1042.wad file) to the root of an empty SD Card
1. Start Homebrew Channel (HC)
2. Run CMDVDX34, then exit
3. Run WAD Manager from HC (ALWAYS SET THE WAD MANAGER TO USE IOS35)
4. Install IOS35-64-v1040.wad (you will receive an error message if it is already installed in your Wii)
5. Install CIOSv7.wad (I had error installing this but I continued with the installation below)
6. Run Homebrew Channel (HC)
7. Install cIOS36_rev10. Choose WAD installation.(No need for internet connection, I already put the IOS36-64-v1042.wad file in the root directory of the SD Card)
You Are Done !!!

Step III. Preparing your External Hard Drive
1. Download WBFS Manager from
http://wbfsmanager.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=26808
Use WBFS Manager 3.0.1 RTW x86 (Also for Windows XP x32 ) or x64
2. Install to your computer
3. Plug into the USB your empty eternal hard disk
4. Go to Windows Disk Management... Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Storage > click Disk Management
5. Right click on the External Hard Disk > Delete Volume > Right Click again > Create New Partition > DO NOT FORMAT THE PARTITON
6. Run WBFS MAnager
7. Select and Format your external hard drive
Step IV. Use your USB Hard Drive
Plug in your USB HD
1. Homebrew Channel
2. Install USB Loader
You can now copy a Game Disk to your USB HD, just press the + botton of your Wii

Copy folders USB Loader 1.5, WAD Manager 1.4 and Coverflow in Apps to your regular SD Card (Apps folder)
Copy usb-loader folder to the root of your regular SD Card
Copy bootmii folder, installer log file, to the root of your regular SD Card
