Cracker, created by Jimmy McGovern, ran for 3 series from 1993-1995 (with specials screened in 1996 and 2006)

Starring Robbie Coltrane as Dr Edward "Fitz" Fitzgerald, a troubled criminal psychologist brought into assist the Manchester Police Force profile and catch killers. It was a phenomenal success during it's initial screening on British Television, winning numerous awards and gaining millions of viewers. It has since gone on to establish itself as one of the best and most influential television drama series of all time.
