    * Minimum 200 MB Hard Drive space to install

    * PenSoft Payroll. The amount of space required for data depends on the number of companies, number of employees in each company, and how frequently they are paid.

    * The .NET framework. This may already be installed on your computer if all updates are current.

    * The MDAC component. This may already be installed on your computer if all updates are current.

    * Laser or ink-jet printer to use some of the program capabilities; such as generation of various tax forms and MICR checks*.

      *Not all printers are capable of printing every form. MICR checks available on Enterprise Edition and higher.



Installation Instructions

1. Install the software

2. Run the KeyGen and generate a Key

3. Start Payroll

4. Click on activate

5. Enter the Activation Code (Not number, but the short code with letters and numbers above)

6. Enter the Referencing Number (Now enter the number generated)

7. DONE!
