Come tutti i fine settimana il senatore Henri Pagès e sua moglie hanno ospiti nella loro splendida villa vicino a Parigi. Questa volta però qualcosa va storto: Pierre Collier, uno psicanalista e donnaiolo, viene ucciso brutalmente.
