Before he shot a taxpayer-funded security guard, James von Brunn wrote a book and dedicated it to one of his comrades in arms:





John Geraerd Crommelin, Jr., Rear Admiral, USN.





What motivated James von Brunn to attempt suicide by cop?  Was he completely delusional?  Was he suffering from senile dementia?





This book includes all 12 chapters of von Brunn's manifesto.  Let us hope that some qualified scholars read it and figure out what happened before something similar happens again.





There are many six-chapter versions of this floating around.  If the final half of the book contains anything relevant, I think it is in the public interest to have the information accessible.
