This is NTSC/USA only.  Duplicated with XBC 2.9.0.306 on a TS-H943A with iXtreme 1.6.  Note that the DMI is unverified  this happens as the DMI changes depending on who/where the DVD was pressed  but you can easily add the abgx verified DMI with a level 3 fix.  That's not necessary  says me  but you're welcome to do so.
