1.New Personal Science-Diplomacy


Study the new Personal Science-Diplomacy and you will be able to trade (buy/sell) ships with the Galactic Pirates, (click the Pirate Factory on the Milky Way chart). As your Diplomacy studies go deeper, you will be able to buy higher level Pirate ships. Players can buy up to 500 ships once per hour (To buy a ship, you must meet the science requirements to use it).





2. New function-Purchasing ships from Galactic Pirates


There are 2 modes available for purchasing ships, Common Purchase and Negotiated Purchase. Players making a Common Purchase are not required to spend Mall Points, but the purchase cost is higher. Players making a Negotiated Purchase must spend 1 Mall Point in addition to the resource cost to complete the purchase, but they will get a much better purchase price. (When purchased, Pirate ships will be automatically sent back to the home galaxy. Only home galaxy resources can be used to purchase Pirate ships.)





3.New function - Selling ships to Galactic Pirates


There are 2 modes available for selling ships, Common Sale and Negotiated Sale. Players making a Common Sale are not required to spend Mall Points, but they won't be able to charge as much for the ships. Players making a Negotiated Sale must spend 1 Mall Point to complete the sale, but they will be able to charge the Pirates more resources for the sale. (Only ships in the Home galaxy can be sold to Galactic Pirates. Resources obtained from selling ships will be added to the home galaxy.)





4. A new function will enable you to force all of your available Common commanders into retirement. 





5. Commander Dilira's spell details will be modified.





6. The description of the result of abandoning a planet in the home galaxy will be modified.
