MTV Unplugged in New York est un album live du groupe grunge américain Nirvana. Comme son nom l'indique, l'album a été enregistré à New York, N.Y., dans les studios de la chaîne télévisée MTV, dans le cadre de ses spectacles en formule acoustique. Le spectacle fut enregistré le 18 novembre 1993, diffusé sur MTV le 14 décembre de la même année, et l'album fut lancé à titre posthume près d'un an plus tard, le 1er novembre 1994, sept mois après le décès du chanteur du groupe, Kurt Cobain.
