Esordio al cinema di Toni D'Angelo, figlio del celebre Nino, che dopo alcuni corti ed aver fatto da assistente ad Abel Ferrara, si cimenta in una sua opera.
Il film racconta la notte "brava" di quattro quarantenni in quel di Napoli, città in cui si ritrovano per l'improvvisa morte di Antonio, un loro amico. Passando da un locale all'altro, si imbattono nelle loro crisi personali arrivando fino ad un'alba amara, non solo perché si celebra un funerale, ma perché sarà l'inizio, o la fine, di qualcosa nella loro vita.
