I recently found this torrent and decided it was well worth the share, it comes with about 120 websites designed with Google's adsense in mind. You can use them for content, reference, templates.
The READ ME has most of the information. The ftp client I used is filezilla. its free and you can find it by typing it in google =
I made one from the buisiness folder upload the files contained in one of the folders to your /public_html and follow the instructions for changing the ads and your in you can check it out at www.findyourbuck.com as another demo they show you another in the readme

The banner at the top of each of the webpages is located in the folder. If you change it to have your company's personal logo in the folder it will translate to every page after youve uploaded it .
