Destroy All Humans!(r) Big Willy Entfesselt(tm) erzählt die Vorgeschichte zu "Der Weg des Furons" und macht Gebrauch von allen Möglichkeiten des Wii-Remote-Controllers. Mit ihm lässt sich Crypto in der Rolle von Big Willy" intuitiv steuern. Dabei handelt es sich um den Prototypen eines neuen Alien-Mechs, der als Fast-Food-Maskottchen verkleidet riesigen Schaden anrichten soll.



Schlüpfen Sie erneut in die Rolle von Crypto, um alle Menschen zu vernichten und die totale Zerstörung in den ausgeflippten 70er Jahren einzuleiten. Cryptos Kollege Pox hat nämlich eine Kette von Fastfood-Restaurants namens Big Willy eröffnet, deren Burger aus Menschenfleisch bestehen. Dies verursacht natürlich einige Probleme, denen nur mit Analsonde und Hypnose begegnet werden kann  und mit einer gehörigen Prise Witz und Ironie.
