Spin off from the successful BBC crime series "Z Cars" in which Detective Chief Superintendent Barlow and his now promoted second in command Detective Chief Inspector Watt are transferred to run a regional crime squad in Wyvern.





Synopsis: When county police arrest Ted Casey with a large quantity of stolen cigarettes Barlow has left a note that he is a person of interest in another case. With Barlow away in London eyebrows are raised in the squad when Assistant Chief Constable Gilbert decides to take a personnal interest in what Casey knows.
