C'est le «serie finale», présenté toutefois comme un film.





Quand le général Krantz, en prison, ancien chef de l'organisation défaite appelée la Compagnie, apprend que Sara Tancredi se retrouve en prison, elle-aussi pour un meurtre, il saute sur l'occasion et va tenter d'essayer de la tuer. Empoisonnée, elle est enceinte, et inquiète pour son bébé... Michael Scofield tentera de sauver Sara dans cette ultime trame qui conclut la série.
