Die Geschwister Norbert und Angelina müssen mit ansehen wie ihre Mutter an einer Überdosis Heroin stirbt und kommen zu ihrem perversen Onkel. Als der Jahre später Stirbt machen sich die beiden auf den Weg nach Las Vegas. Immer mit dabei die Bauchrednerpuppe "Dummy" die für Norbert spricht, da er nach dem Tod seiner Mutter die Sprache verloren hat. Getrieben von Hass auf die Menschheit bringen die drei alles um, was ihnen im weg steht. Gejagt von der Polizei rutscht das Trio immer tiefer auf die dunkle böse Seite und der furcht einflende Dummy scheint dabei ein eigenes Ego zu entwickeln.
