With Easter just around the corner, millions of Britons will be tucking into mountains of industrially produced chocolate that is high in sugar and fat, and contains little or no actual real chocolate. But chocolate enthusiast, the extravagantly named, Willie Harcourt-Cooze, is back with a new series to show everyone that when it comes to chocolate, we deserve better.



After the beans disaster of part 2, Willie heads back to Venezuela for a bit of a break and to meet some of his artisan chocolatier friends for some inspiration. On his return to Devon there's good news on raw materials front, and Willie gets to finalize his recipe.



Now it's time to market, present and sell the stuff. First off there's a showcase with the Polo set. But this isn't enough as he needs to get the bars into the shops. So it's time to get his chocolate tasting team to plan what makes a good looking bar. Then it's off to Waitrose to see of they'll stock his choccy bars.



The show ends with Willie not yet out of the woods, but looking good-ish for the future. Best of luck sunshine!
