Nachdem sie aus dem Koma erwacht war, hatte sie in Japan O-Ren Ishii (LUCY LIU) und in einer kalifornischen Vorstadt Vernita Green (VIVICA A. FOX) im Duell ausgelöscht. Nun stehen noch drei weitere Namen auf der Todesliste der Braut: Bills heruntergekommener Bruder Budd (MICHAEL MADSEN) und ihre ewige Rivalin Elle Driver (DARYL HANNAH) müssen beseitigt werden, bevor sie sich Bill in dessen Unterschlupf in Mexiko vornehmen kann.
