Si intitola “Graffiti Soul” il nuovo e 15esimo album in studio dello storico gruppo scozzese dei Simple Minds. Anticipato dal singolo "Rockets" (vedi video), “Graffiti Soul” è prodotto da Jez Coad e mixato da Bob Clearmountain (che aveva già collaborato al disco ‘Black & White’) e viene pubblicato in due versioni: Standard che contiene 9 tracce dell’album e Deluxe che include anche un disco di cover registrate dalla band durante le sessioni di “Graffiti Soul” agli storici Rockfield Studios. I Simple Minds sono considerati una band delle più rappresentative del genere new wave e in più di 30 anni di attività hanno ottenuto grandi successi: "Don't you (Forget About Me)", pubblicato nella primavera del 1985 è stato in testa alle classifiche di vendita in gran parte del mondo.
