En 2006, David Gilmour, le guitariste et chanteur du groupe Pink Floyd sort son opus solo "On An Island". Parti en tournée avec notamment le regretté Richard Wright, Gilmour a choisi de filmé le concert de la tournée au Royal Albert Hall de Londres, symboliquement, car 30 ans avant, il s'en était fait jeté comme un malpropre avec les Pink Floyd.
