William Cooper is a former military intelligence officer from the United States Navy; he had strong ties and made a career out of working for the intelligence community of the United States.  During his time working for the United States government he was given access to a large quantity of classified material which eventually led him to believe that the American public was being manipulated to ends that it was not aware of; actually that the entire world was being manipulated by a 'shadow government' (highly potent within the United States) that financially controls the political governments of several key world powers.  He has brought forth large quantities of evidence which has not been disproven about who actually orchestrated the assassination of JFK, Roswell, Area 51, the New World Order, and one of the very last things that he ever mentioned, the 'false flag attack' that was to occur to stir the American public to a mindset so that war would be socially acceptable in the gulf as we close the distance between national governments and a one-world governmental structure.
