Film-maker Chris Terrill records his own attempt to become the oldest man to get through the gruelling Royal Marines Commando training programme, putting himself through the same physical punishment as the recruits in their teens and twenties. Chris must complete an endurance course, a 9-mile speed march, a Tarzan assault course and a 30-mile route march across Dartmoor. Even his commanding officer, aged 21, doubts whether Terrill can succeed where so many younger men have failed.
