Streifenpolizist Nico lät eine Sprengstofflieferung auffliegen,
doch der verhaftete Salvano wird nach Intervention des CIA
freigelassen. Als ein Sprengstoffanschlag in einer Kirche
sieben Menschenleben fordert und Nico vom Dienst suspendiert
wird, ist der Glaube des Ex-CIA-Agenten an die Gerechtigkeit
amerikanischer Behörden völlig dahin. Mit Hilfe zweier Freunde
gelingt es ihm, ein Attentat auf einen aufrechten Senator, der
Beweise fr die Verwicklung der CIA in den Drogenhandel
veröffentlichen will, zu verhindern.
