Als Ex-Undercover-Agent Billy Ray Lancing entdeckt, dass sich hinter der
"Foster-Hilfsorganisation für Menschen" in Wahrheit ein Netzwerk für skrupellose Menschenhändler verbirgt, sieht er rot. Denn Lancing selbst unterstützt ein kleines Mädchen, das sich in der Obhut der vermeintlichen Hilfsorganisation befindet.
