All four of the Hail Mary is a western film directed by director Giuseppe Colizzi, the cornerstone of the spaghetti-western genre and the movie sequel God forgives ... I no! always the same Colizzi.
Colizzi grab your success with this sequel that once again the couple Bud Spencer and Terence Hill, which were accompanied by a great American actor, Eli Wallach, famous for the interpretation of Tuco in the film The good, bad, bad for Sergio Leone.
The story dovetails neatly with that of the film God forgives me no, with Hutch Bessy (Bud Spencer) and Cat Stevens (Terence Hill) who are trying to pocket the reward for the discovery of gold stolen by bandit killed in the previous film (Bill St.). Their reward, however, is stolen from Cacopoulos (Eli Wallach), sentenced to death and set free by the owner of the bank, which, driven by feelings of vengeance towards certain "galantuomini" traitors to be killed, he began traveling to their research between Member U.S. and Mexico, squandered all the money in the Cat and Hutch
Cat and Hutch will have to chase for gold Cacopoulos stole them, until the capture while the same is in turn revenge of another gunman, Drake. In view of a possible coup, you suspend all sold up and join forces to form a formidable group of 4 pistolero (along with a friend of equilibrista Cacopoulos) that succeed in the Bisca sbancato rigged Drake.

I quattro dell'Ave Maria è un film western diretto dal regista Giuseppe Colizzi, pietra miliare del genere spaghetti-western e sequel del film Dio perdona... io no! sempre dello stesso Colizzi.
Colizzi agguanta nuovamente il successo con questo sequel che ripropone la coppia Bud Spencer e Terence Hill, alla quale si è affiancato un grandissimo attore americano, Eli Wallach, famoso per l'interpretazione di Tuco nel film Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo di Sergio Leone.
La trama si riallaccia perfettamente con quella del film Dio perdona io no, con Hutch Bessy (Bud Spencer) e Cat Stevens (Terence Hill) che si sforzano di intascare la ricompensa per il ritrovamento dell'oro rubato dal bandito ucciso nel film precedente (Bill Sant'Antonio). La loro ricompensa però viene rubata da Cacopoulos (Eli Wallach), condannato a morte e liberato dal padrone della banca, che, spinto da un sentimento di vendetta verso certi "galantuomini" traditori che dovrà ammazzare, si mette in viaggio alla loro ricerca tra Stati Uniti e Messico, sperperando tutto l'oro di Hutch e Cat.
Cat e Hutch saranno costretti a inseguire Cacopoulos per l'oro rubato loro, fino a quando lo catturano mentre lo stesso sta a sua volta vendicandosi di un altro pistolero, Drake. In vista di un possibile colpo, si sospendono tutte le vendette in atto e si uniscono le forze per formare un gruppo di 4 formidabili pistoleri (insieme a un equilibrista amico di Cacopoulos) che riuscirà a sbancare la bisca truccata di Drake.
