SINOPSE





A jovem Nim (Abigail Breslin), uma garota cheia de imaginação, mora com seu pai Jack (Gerard Butler) numa ilha remota. Seu prazer predileto é viajar pelas páginas dos livros, sobretudo as história com o maior de todos os aventureiros, Alex Rover. Nim, no entanto, não faz idéia de que Alexandra (Jodie Foster), a autora dos livros Rover, tem uma vida solitária na cidade grande. Mas o destino das duas irá se cruzar quando o pai de Nim desaparece misteriosamente da ilha.
