Here is a frightening but fascinating true story of Sid Vicious, the Sex Pistols bassist and his girlfriend Nancy.

My brother died because of drugs at the age of 25 in the year 2000. One of so many "Too soon gone"-guys...

The love between junkie Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious (Gary Oldman)


and his groupie/girlfriend, Nancy Spungen (Chloe Webb), was so sadistic


yet so pure (in a punk-rock sense, at least) that Kurt Cobain and


Courtney Love were said to have based their own ill-fated courtship


entirely on this movie. (Not coincidentally, Love plays a minor role


in it, as a Spungen friend.)





Oldman gives a career-making performance in this twisted twist on


"Romeo and Juliet," which is based fairly tightly on real life:


Vicious and Spungen trade all their friends, loved ones (and band mates)


for smack; Vicious stabs Spungen to death after she begs him to end


her misery; Vicious kills himself with a heroin overdose.





Interspersing the tragic action with surreal dream sequences and gobs


of pounding punk, writer-director Alex Cox flawlessly captures the


nihilism at the heart of punk rock's original wave.

This rip and subs were all made by me yesterday and today.


The quality is superb in every respect. If there is no HD version available (and i haven't seen any) then this will be THE BEST rip on the web !!! Painstakingly made with slowest 2-pass vbr encoding using the best & latest version of XviD 1.2.1. Done with FairUse Wizard 2.9 using external codec.


Quality? SAME as the DVD in my critical eyes and original AC3 sound included with no compression done (Log below) 


PS. I have all my life been very critical on audio & video quality - AND therefore i will never release any "turkeys" like for example axxo does, no matter how "famous" he is, sometimes quality sucks (like in Borat and Ultraviolet) - i would NEVER ever do the same to you guys...)

veren tahrimana. Sidiä syytettiin tyttöystävänsä murhasta, mutta neljä


kuukautta myöhemmin, ennen oikeuden lopullista päätöstä, Sid kuoli 


heroiinin yliannostukseen. Murhattiinko Nancy vai oliko se onneton 


tapaturma? Elokuva palaa Sidin ja Nancyn traagisen ja huumeiden 


huuruisen rakkaustarinan alkuvaiheisiin punkrockin kultakauden Lontooseen.

All subs made by me today with SubRip and yes they are in .srt so you can watch them on your standalone Dvd-Divx player as well !!! Works perfectly (tested).
