Der eine ist ein smarter Cop, der andere ein irrer Killer. Ihr erstes Zusammentreffen war lebensgefaehrlich, ihr zweites wird toedlich. Nachdem der farbige Streifenpolizist Nick Styles den Killer Blake hinter Gittern gebracht hat, geht es mit seiner Karriere steil bergauf. Waehrenddessen hat Blake nichts anderes mehr im Sinn, als den Mann, der ihn ins Gefaengnis gebracht hat, zu vernichten. Nach seiner Flucht aus dem Gefaengnis verfolgt er seinen minutioes geplanten Rachefeldzug.
