Deer Hunter 2005 est un jeu de la série Deer Hunter qui simule la chasse dans de vrais environnements. Tout se rapproche de la réalité : armes, munitions, véhicules, équipements et bien sûr animaux.Ce nouvel opus apporte deux nouvelles localités : l'Allemagne et l'Australie. Il inclut également un moteur physique, le Tokamak SDK et permet de sauvegarder ses meilleurs tirs.
