Ein Wissenschaftler transportiert seine mit einem üblen Zombie-Virus infizierte Kollegin im Bauch eines normalen Passagierfliegers außer Landes. Unterwegs in einem heftigen Gewittersturm jedoch macht die Dame sich selbständig, überwältigt ihren Bewacher und infiziert Mitfliegende, die ihrerseits rasend vor Blutgier über andere Passagiere herfallen.
