Synopsis: 


Tony Montana, petit truand expulsé de Cuba, débarque à Miami. Malin et sans scrupule, il entre en contact avec Lopez, un patron de la pègre qui fait le trafic de cocaïne. Ayant attiré sa confiance, il devient un de ses hommes de main, puis son second. Tony, appelé "Scarface" à cause d'une balafre au visage, peut compter sur son ami Manny venu avec lui de Cuba, fidèle allié de son ascension.
