We didn't create, or help create, any of the emulators (or their included files) or the plugins or other relevant tools. We've simply gathered them all up into one convenient collection of all major versions of the best emulators and archived them (for compatibility troubleshooting - Final Fantasy IX running on ePSXe instantly springs to mind), hence the name.
