Groove, électronique, pop : en 11 titres, Mlle Barsony fait la démonstration que la chanson française rime avec créativité musicale. Elle parle de sexe sans tabou, évoque ses petits boulots et sa grande gueule, revient sur le bordel ambiant en matière de ressources pétrolières... Sur un ton léger, elle place sa voix de femme blasée en créant toujours la surprise au détour des chansons. Et si vous pensez qu'elle a un grain c'est normal : elle a choisi Brigitte Fontaine pour le seul featuring de l'album : "La Beuglante".
A l'instar de Claire Diterzi, Maya Barsony crée sans doute la meilleure surprise musicale de 2008.
