03 - Chi ha sparato al sig. Burns? - Prima parte. Viene trovato del petrolio alla scuola elementare e il sig. Burns decide di comperare il pozzo ma Skinner rifiuta. Allora Burns ruba il petrolio, fa arrabbiare la città privando la scuola di milioni di guadagno e licenzia anche Smithers per insubordinazione, e come se non bastasse oscura la luce del sole con uno schermo solare. A questo punto qualcuno spara al sig. Burns...
