Summary


Vic Russell, a trucking company owner, is found


murdered after a business meeting with a partner, Stan


Klein. Detectives Lupo and Bernard discover that Klein


may have been involved in an illegal scheme to defraud


Russell and others. As the investigation continues, the


detectives also uncover a trail that leads them to believe


that Russell had ties to the Russian mob and Alex Arshavin


a loan shark. The key to the murder is an expensive watch


stolen from Russells dead body. As A.D.As Michael Cutter


and Connie Rubirosa bring the case to trial, they discover


that their star witness, Kleins son Chad may be involved


in a secret love affair and have his own motive for murder
