El segundo capitulo está ambientado en el temporal de fines de junio del 82. Un desastre natural que golpeó a las familias chilenas de todos los grupos sociales, se ven las inundaciones el poblaciones y el desborde del Mapocho, con clásica imagen del mini cayendo al río. Este capitulo está protagonizado por los dos niños, Félix y Bruno, quienes en medio de los temporales conocen a una persona en situación de calle y deciden ayudarlo.
