NOTES:
This is a rip of the Bolt DVDSCR DVD-R TL,that was upped a while ago.
Firstly i know there is several releases of this and may seem pointless to a few users but it's here
so grab it or move on
The original source was really good...just needed a bit of tweaking but the basic's were already there.
The release also contains the property of etc.... a few times throughout the film but there is no black and white
scenes ;-)
Right i know i don't normally do h264's but i looked at the other releases and couldn't see a h264 release with
DD5.1.......so i opted to try my look at doing an h264 release,this is my first go at doing one so sorry if i've messed
something up. (Have tested on 2 pc with 3 different players and all plays fine on them )
Not sure i'll do another one......choose the best setting possible etc.....and it took 12hrs to encode :lol:
WORK DONE:
First thing was to crop the original black borders....then it was a case of changing the RGB colours as i thought they were off,too
much yellow i thought.
After i brightened it up a touch and added alot more contrast and a touch more chroma.Also lowered the rgb black base down to tone
down any bright spots.
Finally i used a contour filter on the wide setting too sharpen it up more ;-)
The audio i have left as it was a really good DD5.1 track so ......
