SINOPSIS: Bruce Campbell se interpreta a sí mismo, un actor que en los 80 protagonizó una saga muy famosa llamada "Evil Dead". Bruce, el de la película, llega a un pueblecito de Oregon en el que enseguida es reconocido, pero para su sorpresa la gente se niega a aceptar que él es sólo un actor, y le confunden con el que era su personaje en esas películas, un tipo que luchaba contra demonios. En el pueblo están padeciendo una invasión de demonios, y los vecinos pretenden empujar a Bruce para que luche contra ellos.
