Los hermanos Butabi suelen salir a las discotecas de moda, donde mueven sus cabezas simultáneamente al son de la música dance (específicamente de la canción What is Love de Haddaway), fallando miserablemente al sacar a bailar mujeres. Su sueño es ir de fiesta al Roxbury, un club nocturno donde siempre se les niega la entrada.
La escena del movimiento de cabezas ha servido para hacer muchas parodias.

A Night at the Roxbury (en español, Movida en el Roxbury), es una película cómica estrenada en 1998, basada en un chiste (sketch) recurrente del programa de televisión Saturday Night Live. Chris Kattan y Will Ferrell interpretan a los hermanos Doug y Steve Butabi en el Saturday Night Live y también en esta película. En los sketches originales del programa se incluía a un tercer hermano que era interpretado por artistas invitados como Jim Carrey, Sylvester Stallone y Tom Hanks, pero para la película este papel se descartó.
