Furthermore, in the ferry station of Puttgarden you will have the opportunity to unload the incoming train ferries and assemble new ferry loads.
Another highlight is the harbor of Luebeck and the site route to Travemuende.
The route section from Kiel via Luebeck to Buechen through the "ostholsteinische" Lake District is one of the most scenic train routes in Germany.
