Die Fährte des Grauens
(Primeval)
Im afrikanischen Dschungel hat ein sagenhaftes Killerkrokodil
schon Hunderte Menschen auf dem Kerbholz. Nun schickt ein großer
Nachrichtensender den Produzenten Tim (Dominic Purcell) los, um
Tierreporterin Aviva (Brooke Langton) zu begleiten. Mit
Kameramann Steven (Orlando Jones), Kriechtierforscher Matthew
(Gideon Emery) und Fährtensucher Jacob (Jürgen Prochnow) brechen
sie in die Krisenregion auf, um "Gustave" zu finden. Derer gibt
es zwei: besagtes Monster und einen ebenfalls Menschen schlachtenden
Machthaber.
"Anaconda" trifft "Blood Diamond" mit denkbar skurrilem Ergebnis
und beachtlichem Bodycount. Basierend auf einem echtem Fall
entspinnt sich CGI-Tierhorror um ein gefräßiges Riesenreptil,
ergänzt um ein Bürgerkriegsdrama samt grausamem Rebellenführer.
