ENGLISH A small-time rancher agrees to hold a captured outlaw who's awaiting a train to go to court in Yuma. A battle of wills ensues as the outlaw tries to psych out the rancher.
DUTCH Remake van de gelijknamige film uit 1957. De door droogte geteisterde arme rancher Dan Evans is samen met zijn beide zoons getuige van een zeer gewelddadige overval op een postkoets met de salarissen voor het personeel van de Southern Pacific Railroads door de beruchte outlaw Ben Wade en zijn bende. Wade wordt echter gearresteerd. Dan Evans begeleidt vervolgens tegen een beloning van $200 Wade van Bisbee naar Contention, van waar hij Wade met de trein van tien over drie naar de gevangenis in Yuma moet brengen.
