This is a 2 VCD (Video Compact Disc) in NTSC format converted from the full 4-hr 2-DVD set that can be burned to 2 regular 700mb 80 min CD-Rs (not including the audio 'Jam Tracks' I've also included in .mp3 form). I have also added chapter markers to the VCD files to coincide with the start of each of the following Lessons that SHOULD work with your DVD player providing it will play an NTSC VCD and has chapter skip functions on its remote, keeping in mind that most but not all DVD players will play VCDs. 



I have included guides on how to burn these files to CD using Nero (Burning Rom & StartSmart/Express) and ImgBurn (freeware).
